1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using any service from Super Drive, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which apply to all services we offer.

2. Scope of Services
Our services include:

• Vehicle Logistics & Recovery: Professional pickup, drop-off, valet, and towing.

• Private Driver & Chauffeur Service: Dedicated driving in your vehicle or one we provide.

• Corporate Solutions: Tailored transportation for businesses.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Delay Policy

• 3.1. Cancellation: Free cancellation requires at least 4 hours notice. Cancelling with less than 4 hours’ notice incurs a 50% fee. Cancelling after the driver has arrived results in a full charge.

• 3.2. Waiting Time: Drivers wait a maximum of 15 minutes. Waiting beyond 20 minutes incurs fees: AED 20 for the first 30 minutes, then AED 45 per hour.

• 3.3. Schedule Changes: To change your pickup time, you must inform us at least 1 hour in advance.

4. Customer Responsibilities
You agree that:

• Your vehicle is legally registered, insured, and in safe condition.

• You are responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.

• You will not distract the driver during service.

• We are not liable for issues from illegal tints or pre-existing vehicle faults.

5. Limitations of Liability

• 5.1. Accidents & Insurance: We will assist with insurance claims. Our liability is limited to your policy excess or a maximum of AED 1,000 per incident.

• 5.2. Property & Other Loss: We are not liable for loss/damage to personal belongings or for indirect damages (e.g., missed appointments).

6. Service Conduct
Service may be stopped immediately without refund for dangerous, illegal, or threatening behavior.

7. Incident Reporting
Report any incidents to us immediately. Complaints are not accepted if reported more than 2 hours after the incident.

8. Payment & Additional Charges

• 8.1. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard and all major cards in AED. We do not store your card details.

• 8.2. Peak Hour Surcharge of AED 30. Applies from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

• 8.3. Holiday/Event Pricing: Standard rates do not apply during major holidays/events. special pricing will be confirmed at booking.

• 8.4. Extra Services: Additional services outside the original booking are charged at standard rates.

9. General Provisions

• 9.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by UAE law.

• 9.2. User Eligibility: Our services are not available to minors under 18.

• 9.3. Sanctions: We do not provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries/entities.

• 9.4. Traffic Fines: We refund fines caused by our driver’s error. Fines related to your vehicle’s status are your responsibility.
