Superdrive.ae offers refunds to its customers for the following reasons:

• Customers can request a refund 90 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Refunds will be made only through the Original Mode of Payment. Superdrive.ae does not accept complaints, nor offers a refund once the safe driver has arrived at the pickup location.
